No, there's no additional cost apart from the base pricing. However, please note that an implementation cost may apply for enterprise-level client.
Do you have a lock-in period or a cancellation fee?
No, there is no fixed lock in period. We give our clients the flexibility to pause or stop the subscription. However, prior notice before 2 months is required to ensure smoother exit and transition.
